With Foggy Morning, we experimented with adding more cryo processed Cryo Pop hop blend to the whirlpool. This creates a higher complexity of hop flavors due to biotransformation during the initial part of the fermentation. In the tank, we then dry-hopped with a trio of aromatic hops Citra Cryo, Strata and Galaxy to Cryo Pop, which with their different properties should provide a really diverse taste, that we believe will be different from our classic interpretations of this style.
