Espresso Martini Shake. It’s a really fun, luxurious-tasting beer which combines all the best parts of an Espresso Martini cocktail into one really tasty dark beer: coffee, vanilla, booze. It’s smooth, warming, and really delicious; exactly what we want to be drinking when the weather starts to turn this autumn. During recipe development, our production team really focused on capturing the essence of the cocktail during recipe development. Coffee and vanilla are big, bold flavours, and it’s easy to get the balance wrong if you’re not careful, so we spent weeks tinkering with the recipe to achieve the perfect ratio of flavours.
