Abundance is a slow-matured Mixed Fermentation Saison brewed with elderflowers foraged from our own orchard. Our brewers are saying it is potentially the best beer weve ever made, due to it scoring a whopping 96/100 in our in-house sensory evaluation panel. Expect gentle florality from freshly foraged elderflowers balances the subtle fruit & spice notes traditional to a Saison, whilst a mixed yeast culture brings increased depth, funk & acidity over time.
