CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 2023
Wild Card champion inclusivity and equality in everything they do - they are the key foundations our brewery is built on. International Women's Day is a day of recognition, one for celebrating the significant contributions women have made to the industry.
The series contains three beers, all pale, hazy, hoppy and falling within the 4-6% range. To devise a visual language for this concept, we called upon the illustrator, Anna Borup, to produce drawings which would celebrate the female brewers challenging the stereotypes of a male-dominated industry.
9 2 5 Tasting Notes:
Sophisticated pale ale, first mashed in hot with pale malt and a blend of oats. To this base we added Cryo-Citra on the hot-side for a juicy punch, then fermented with a specially selected yeast for a high gravity, sweet finish. Dry hopped with Mosaic and Cascade hops to deliver a citrusy, floral experience.
