Teme Valley 'That' Best Bitter 4.1% 50cl

A chestnut coloured best bitter brewed with crystal malt to give a robust malt flavour. Challenger and Sovereign hops give a potent bitterness to balance any sweetness. A perfect partner to stews or meals with a rich gravy. All of our beers are bottle conditioned. A small amount of live yeast and sugar remains in the bottle when it is filled. This gives a gentle carbonation – a sparkle rather than a fizz. The live yeast gives a sediment, so please store upright and pour carefully for crystal clear beer. If you do get some yeast in your glass it will not have a detrimental effect on the quality or flavour of the beer.
