From the team at Siren: A crisp, snappy pilsner inspired by the refreshing lagers being produced in California. It's a beer of two halves, as the hot side starts out in traditional style using all noble hops, where as the cold side breaks the rules with Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops injecting an array of beautiful aromas.
