Siren Dry Bones IPA 6.6% 44cl

As dry an IPA as its name suggests, Dry Bones is made with citrus-forward coffee from Origin using their ‘Patherfinder’ roast. The partnership of Origin coffee and Siren beer goes back to the original Broken Dream recipe, where their coffee first found its place inside our beer. In this special release, orange blossom honey and orange zest heightens the citrus character from both the coffee and hops, catching the lime character from Moutueka hops. We wanted to produce a beer that despite its super dry mouthfeel, also worked to bring out a lingering sweetness from the alcohol. We spun the beer with coffee and oak spirals for beautiful tannin structure and vanilla notes.
