100% Chardonnay. Produced form a 2/3 ha plot which was purchased from Louis Chavy a number of years ago, this is our best selling Puligny and we are struggling to keep up with the ever increasing demand. Aged in 25% new oak, there is a mélange of ripe tropical fruits that envelopes a steely backbone, along with a touch of match strike and terroir minerality.
