Citrus notes with a hints of vanilla and coconut on the nose. Full and round in the mouth with a lovely richness and a freshness that lingers.

In the Beaujolais region go-ahead growers have been planting Chardonnay to make Burgundy style white wines. This wine is made from a mature 35 year old parcel. Fermented and matured in large 500 litre oak barrels to add a delightful complexity, without dominating. A really elegant wine. Wonderful with chicken dishes, delightful on its own.
