Grain Neutral Spirit is exactly what it sounds like. A spirit distilled from pure wheat, bottled at a hefty 69.9% ABV. If you’re the sort of person who likes making your own liqueurs, this is the sort of thing you’ll want as a base - particularly as spirit above 70% isn’t ideal for extraction.
