Cadet De La Begude Famille Tari Rose 75cl 13%

This is an ideal introduction to the work of Domaine de la Begude, owned by Guillaume Tari who also runs Chateau Giscours in Bordeaux. This is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle from organically-grown vines. The domain has Ecocert certification. In the glass this is a pale pink wine that exhales notes of white flowers, red fruit, and ripe, white fruit like peach and nectarine. These aromas make way for a round palate that is generously fruity and persistent. This will pair nicely at the table with summer vegetables or grilled meat.
