The first release from the Boatyard Distillery in Lough Erne, Northern Ireland, is Boatyard Double Gin! It's made with an organically produced wheat spirit, which goes through a double contact distillation process and infused with botanicals including sweet gale, grains of paradise, angelica, lemon, orris, liquorice root, coriander and juniper.
