All Angels Classic Cuvee 2014 Long Aged on Lees is the second release of All Angels multi-gold medal winning 2014 Classic Cuvee. The wine delivers sparkling golden hues, with crisp orchard fruit, citrus and oven baked brioche on the palate. Vibrant, fine bubbles dance in the mouth, making way for the long lasting finish of this drier, fresher style of Cuvee.

A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier harvested between 7 - 17 October 2014 from vineyards in Enborne.

Serve 20 minutes out of the chiller.

Perfect on its own and equally delectable paired with canapes, smoked fish or shellfish of all varieties and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
